Eminess Technologies is a manufacturer and distributor of products for slicing, grinding, lapping and polishing critical surfaces. The schedule on this project from design to owner occupancy was approximately four months, which was followed by equipment relocation, start-up, testing, and calibration. In addition to the work in the manufacturing area, additional renovations in the existing office space were completed concurrently including the remodel of the employee breakroom, executive servery and shipping/receiving area. This added work was awarded after the commencement of construction and was completed without extending the overall construction schedule.
